Every book on this shelf came out of a real place in my own life. They came out of faith, family, medical challenges, neurodiversity, grief, and healing. I write them as stories of encouragement, awareness, and connection. Mostly I wanted to put on the shelf the kind of book I went looking for in my own hard seasons and could not find. None of them are medical advice or therapy or a substitute for professional care.

Before the Shaking by Brandi Crum, LMFT, ADHD-CCSP, with Hunter Crum
This book is a way of remembering him before the shaking started. Not because the diagnosis is not part of his story, but because it is not the beginning of who he is. Hunter was a whole child before OMS. He still is.
